Projects
intro:
Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to be part of — or collaborate with — a range of diverse companies, supporting their growth through strategic, digital, and creative projects. On this page, you’ll find a selection of work crafted for brands with whom I’ve shared visions, tackled challenges, and achieved tangible results.
Anywhim:
– Founding & creating a Business
Anywhim was the first company I co-founded.
What started as a hobby turned into a retail business in less than three years, featuring an e-commerce platform and four physical locations: Cortina D’Ampezzo, Riccione, Milano Marittima, and Mantua.
Beyond reaching one million € in revenue, this experience taught me how a business truly works — how to build a brand, dealing with customers, lead a team, and, most importantly, what not to do when running a company.

Collecto:
– Business Development
Collecto is an innovative platform that allows users to collect fractional shares of luxury and collectible assets — from fine wines and artworks to watches, handbags, memorabilia, and sneakers.
Our collaboration began with the development of the Sneakers category, where I contributed both as a product expert and by managing the full purchase-to-resale cycle.
Since launch, the category has grown by over 320% in volume.
Following this, I supported the team in defining operational procedures, setting up and optimizing warehouse logistics, and refining the virtual asset management system.
Today, I continue to work with Collecto as a business developer, helping to shape new expansion strategies — both by entering new asset categories and by building resale channels in the secondary market.
Oblio Srls:
– Strategic Analysis & Acquisition
Oblio Srls operates in the resell market for limited-edition sneakers and apparel, with a sharp focus on streetwear trends.
For Oblio, I conducted a full analysis of company expenses for 2024, delivering detailed reporting aimed at cost optimization and future budget planning.
Leveraging my direct experience in the sector, I also supported the company through a key strategic acquisition: integrating one of the Anywhim stores into Oblio’s retail network — an operation that required vision, market insight, and a thorough assessment of economic sustainability.

Praxis Srl:
– Digital Transformation & Commercial Strategy
With Praxis, a company operating in the certification sector, I focused on strengthening its digital presence and optimizing its commercial performance.
My work included:
- Market analysis to gain a deeper understanding of the certification landscape.
- Improving the company’s online presence, through updates to the corporate website and usage of LinkedIn.
- Digitizing commercial processes, with a focus on lead management and communication flows.
- Integrating digital tools like HubSpot, Brevo, and ChatGPT to streamline client interactions and improve operational traceability.
These initiatives contributed to a more effective commercial strategy, enhancing contact management, team productivity, and overall brand perception.
